Remember that sex tape which featured 50 Cent as a bewigged narrator named Pimpin’ Curly? It’s now the source of a legal dispute between 50 and Rick Ross’ ex Lastonia Leviston. Leviston sued 50 for allegedly splicing himself into her sex tape, a clip which 50 posted on his website.

In the lawsuit, which was filed in a Manhattan Supreme Court, Leviston claims that Fif used her name and likeness without permission and caused her severe emotional distress by publishing the clip on his website. She is demanding unspecified damages from 50.

Leviston says she recorded the tape with her man in 2008. He promised to destroy it but changed his mind after 50 waved some dollar bills in his face. Leviston’s boyfriend later sold it to 50 Cent, and Fif then turned it into a comedy clip that ridiculed nemesis Rick Ross.

It’s funny how 50 set out to humiliate Rick Ross, but it’s now coming back to bite him in the pocket. What’s that saying again? Oh yeah, “what goes around comes around.”
