Incarcerated rapper Lil Boosie was indicted on murder charges.

Boosie and six other guys got indicted in Baton Rouge for the October 2009 shooting death of Terry Boyd. Boosie, who’s currently serving 4 years in a Louisiana prison for probation violations, could be facing the death penalty if convicted.

And that ain’t all. Boosie, his girlfriend, a fellow inmate and a former correctional officer have all been accused of conspiring to smuggle synthetic marijuana, marijuana pills and codeine into the prison.
